Looking For A Spell/mana Assassin Build

Need some help right here.
I need one that has good intellegence as I will be using spells a crap tonne
I need some real good mana regen. I dont want to stop my constant attack.
I need some good damage. Without damage, even if i get good spells, i still cant do anything
I hope not to waste my skill points in Strength/Defense. Seems pretty useless to this build.
For prices (armour and weapon), I'm fine, it can be really expensive.

But i really do need a build that can meet the above requirement. For my assassin (ninja).
