Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking for a Riftbender Build for 2.1

Title, though I will have some restrictions cuz I'm stubborn and (somewhat) frugal:

• The only Mythics that can be used for this build are Monster, Lament, Stardew, and Dawnbreak. I'm too lazy and too broke to get another mythic. You don't have to use these Mythics though if you can only think of a no-mythic build
  
• I'll only be using a Warlock's Guild Tome cuz that's the only one I have
  
• I won't change my ability tree so the items chosen have to be built around that. Since WynnBuilder isn't updated to 2.1 yet (afaik), here are the things that won't be changing to get a general look at what I want my 2.1 atree to be:
  • Major abilities I will get: Ophanim, Lightweaver, Divination, Windsweeper, Breathless, Freezing Sigil
  • Want to get but ok with skipping out on: Fluid Healing, Fortitude, Diffusion, Both More Windeds, Gust
    
  • Might get if possible (likely wont): Sunflare, Time Dilation
• The total cost of the build should be no more than 32 LE, not counting the Mythics listed above. Quest rewards don't count towards this either.
