Warrior/Knight Help Looking for a non-mythic water battle monk build

It's been a little while since 2.0 released now and I still haven't changed my build yet... so I'm looking for one that works well with the new ability tree's... abilities. For the battle monk archetype!

Here's what I'm looking for:
- a build that doesn't use any mythics (because I don't have any and I only have like 51 LE on me rn lol)
- the weapon must be a water spear
- the build must be focused around the battle monk archetype
- NO rally major ID, but I would like there to be some sort of health sustain
- no melee-centered builds, I'm mostly looking to use spells

LI items, Qira hive items, quest items, boss altar items, and whatever else items are fine... Just don't use any mythics.

I have quite a few pieces of armor and weapons in my bank rn, so don't focus on my low budget too much because there's a good chance I'll have at least one of the items in your build.

modified that a little so you dont have -agi and -str, also more dmg, mana and hpr
