Looking For A New Skin - Will Pay Up To 18 Le

Yeah, so I want a new skin. I'm willing to pay up to 18 LE In-Game (Depending on the overall quality of the skin - I'm open for negotiation). Please send me a picture or something of another skin you're done before, just to prove that you're a skilled skin-maker, and I'll say if I want you to make it for me. - If you don't do that and just throw a crappy skin at me, I won't pay you.

BTW - I'm extremely picky about the quality of my skin, so don't be offended if I say I don't want you to make it.

Details:

Imagine an all-shadow version of the Mad Hatter. Long coat (with pinstripes), top hat, the whole shebang.
I want the entire skin except for the coat to be pitch black. I'd also like the skin to have a wicked-evil smile that wraps partially around the sides of it's head, like some of those Monstercat skins. The coat and top hat itself I'd like to just be a dark grey color, but have some difference between the coat and the pitch-black under it. The eyes (Eyes aren't actually necessary) and inside of the mouth I'd like to be all white, but still have some shading. Please, I despise skins with crappy shading - That includes the coat as well. The inside of the skin, being pure, dead, pitch black, does not NEED shading, but if you can manage to shade it while still having a difference between the coat and skin underneath, that would be great.

I might pay an extra LE or two if you can put in some (Or all would be better) of these details:
-Make it so he has fingers in a fist or claws in a slight curl.
-Make the accent color (The ribbon around the top hat, maybe a chain around his waist,) silver.
-If you somehow manage to put eyes in between the top hat and wicked grin, I would be very grateful.
-I'm also a huge fan of 1.8 overlays - you know, the jacket, pants, sleeves layers, just for some depth.
-Make the coat sort of "Puffy" but not, like, fat. Please not fat.
-Please, make it a good quality skin...
