Looking For A Good Renderer Person Thing For Avatars

Hey ppl. So i was wondering if theres anyone here who could make a cool avatar render thing for me. Ive seen lots of ppl with them and I've wanted my own so i can pretend i'm cool in my profile pic. The kind of thing i'm looking for is exampled (if thats a word) in these ppl's profile pics. Or, actually, one of these ppl can just tell me how they got their's made.
