I personally use (Rainbow Infused Hive Bow instead of Freedom but it should be better with Freedom ofc)

It’s glass but it does decent damage. Around 12.5k Bombs with poorly powdered infused hive bow (t5, w4, a4, f3, e6 - don’t ask why, I powdered it 2 years ago and am too lazy to change it) and 29k arrow storm.
Get intelligence up to 129 for 2 mana storms and Bombs. Put the rest of the sp wherever.
It has 6/4 mana regen with Infused Hive Bow, 8/4 mana regen with max mr Freedom.
It has around 10k hp

For more glass, you could do
Cumulonimbus
Libra
Rainbow Sanctuary
Capricorn
Moon Pool Circlet
Intensity
Discordant
Diamond Fusion Necklace

It gives 1/4 more mana regen and slightly more damage for the cost of 850 hp and 5 free sp.
Diamond Hydro Bracelet can probably fit instead of discordant and still reach 129 intel but I’m too lazy to calculate sp. Diamond Hydro would give more damage

These are glass builds and don’t really have great sustain. Someone else can probably suggest a build with good sustain and decent damage.
