Assassin/Ninja Help Looking For A Dexterity / Damage Assasin Endgame Build.

I am currently using 'The Specialist' as a weapon with thunder V powders and high thunder damage and dexterity. I still need armour and accesories. If anyone could give me some tips on this build it would be very appreciated. c: (some life steal wouldn't hurt aswell)

probably lightning edge, lvl92-96 unique weapon

cata's negative hp is so great it's probably possible to 1shot any build using it unless that build gets the bare requirement for cata use and then puts the rest of the build into defense and hp
