the helmet, chestplate and leggings are all really good and fixed ids.
you can get it from the "ice nations" quest
doe it will cost you 2 le for just all of those.
seven league may cost more. (around 10 le for decent ones)
glare is easy to buy.
as for the accesories, grind or buy em, theyre cheap :P
