Long Break - Guild Creation??

Hi so I had a guild pre-Gavel and took a very long break (only recently got back into the server). My old character I don't use because of how outdated it is and I'd have to rebuild it from scratch, so I've begun a new Assassin character whom is currently level 44 (I've reached Gavel). Sometime along the way my old guild was disbanded and no longer exists, I don't know if it was due to myself disbanding it sometime along the way and forgetting or if it was due to a bug with the updates. Regardless, having found out that the guild master has been moved to Cinfras, I made my way there with my hard-earned 5 LE I've been gathering for the last month of grinding. Only to find out that he tells me to return when I'm level 75 (when the wiki says level 40 after doing some research), and that according to the wiki I now need 20 LE? What the heck? Is this intended or what, I feel cheated big time. Is there anything anybody can do to help, me and my friends would really like our guild back.

 

If you wait a bit there are quests that will allow you to accumulate enough money especially if you and your friends pool your money together.

 

I figured, I'm doing every quest I unlock but I'm running out of quests faster than I can level now, I spam dungeons when I can but that's getting old quick. Sadly I'm the only person in my guild-group who is willing and capable of putting in the time and effort to make so much progress, so pooling our money together isn't very worth it (they are all bellow level 20 and have put progress to the side while they wait for the guild to be made, and I have been unable to persuade them to help out with the collection of the required funds).

 

Since the update came out very recently, the wiki isn't completely updated yet. Looking at the guild page on the wiki, it has an outdated content tag, so if you see that anywhere on the wiki, just know that it may not be 100% accurate.
Hopefully someone will update it soon, I myself don't have a guild but can update the price and level requirement when I can.

 

So the price and level requirement were increased so drastically in the 1.20 update? Gah, if only I had the LE before then, as I got back into the server about a week before the update dropped.
