    When I log onto the main server, It's fine. But when I try to log into a world, it is taking 10 minutes to log in..

    This is probably related to the resource pack. That, or there's something up with your internet.

    Either download the pack from Wynn's GitHub or move the wynnlegacy file from the server_resourcepacks folder to your resourcepacks folder in .minecraft.
