Logged On Today Only To Find My Highest Level Account Reset

I just logged onto Wynncraft with my level 52 archer in Olux to find that it was completely wiped, except from my pouch, 4 emeralds, and an untradeable bow from a dungeon. To add insult to injury, my main bow was replaced by the starter bow, the untradeable oak bow given as a weapon at the end of the tutorial. It seems like my profile's inventory was reset back to level 1. My other profiles were not touched.

 

You may want to put this in Bug Reports.

Unfortunately, the no refund police stands in this case, but the issue here is finding out how this happened.

Did you ever login after Wynncraft updated before this occurrence?

Well by looking at your soul points (5), you being in olux which is fairly unsafe to afk in and, since you didn't lose the untradable item in your inventory. I can 100% guarantee that you afk'd in olux and died multiple times. A note to add: wynncraft enforces a strict no refund policy which means you will not be getting your items back.

 

That untradable bow is given when you die at 0 soul points I believe
