    I was doing the Lazarus Pit quest and got to the part where you tell Poclo about their cat, I told the truth and had to fight them, but when I killed them I didn't get a confirmation that I had completed the task and cannot progress.

    I tried that atleast 7 times. I tried switching to another class then back, nothing, I did another quest and came back, nothing.

    Maybe try the next step of the quest to see if it works?
    If it still doesn't work, you can only submit a but report and hope it will be fixed.
