Locked access to previously available perks.

Hello, I bout the VIP rand many years ago and with the recent shift of the various perks for each rank I have lost access to some of my previous perks. I know this was supposed to not affect old accounts but there seems to have been a bug with my account. I no longer have access to the class reskins, some of my characters are already reskinned but it's frustrating that my ability to change this had been taken. Please fix this if youre able to.
