Link Request To The Official Qira Skin Download

So, as the title says, I want the official Qira skin to put on my character. However, I have yet to even find a download for it. Is there even one? Can I have it, if there is?

 

There isn't a download for the one in game, but there is a community-made skin that looks really nice. Just don't post on there since it will result in a necro.

You'd either need to get someone who has access to it (some Admins, some GMs, and maybe a few others) to give it to you, or someone who's willing to spend the time trying to figure it out.
