lightweight id

every now and then I get the lightweight id randomly. idk where its coming from. i checked my armor and weapon. i also checked my ability tree but i still don't know where i get it from. and i also cant give an example because idk how it happens. also its permanent once i get it unless i leave or rejoin a lobby. is someone casting a spell near me or i found a glitch? idk. i just wanna know where and why im getting it. im not mad about it, im just confused where it came from because im not wearing anything with the id. if anyone is or did experience it happen on you tell me your thought or what you think. idk, im probably stupid.

Some environmental elements can give you lightweight, like the geysers in Molten Heights, or the cloud pads in Sky, or when you enter the PZ boss altar.
