Assassin/Ninja Help Lifesteal Build

I keep taking 1 stat and making an entire build around it, walk speed, loot bonus even though i dont lootrun, poison, health regen, and now im doing lifesteal.
The same with all of my other builds, im aiming towards that one stat specifically, not an actually good build. Of course i would prefer if the build is usable, but im going for lifesteal, not a useful build.

Downsides:
1,500 DPS
5 Strength
-34 Intelligence
-24 Health Regen
