Seeing you're using a spell build, negative lifesteal shouldn't affect you too badly. But if you really want to, you need to
Replace Suppression with Moon Pool Circlet
Replace Memento with Capricorn
If you need to transmutate your Whitecap Crown into a voucher so you can get Moon Pool, make sure to use Third Eye in its place.

Here I've made a better build for once you have more money (like really rich). Seeing as you're using Water Sanc, I hope you don't mind the HP.
