Life Steal Not Working?

I use the breath of the vampire weapon (I play warrior) to get my health up and to get my health back up I use war scream. idk what is going on if the weapon is bugged or if it got nerfed. Also it has like around 140/2s life steal.

 

I dunno, it definitely should work. Just look at your health when you're hitting mobs and your health should regenerate (when below max health of course).

 

It won't even go up much :/

 

It is hard to do life steal. So you need poison stat with that. (Life/Mana steal will work when poison is working)

 

So they killed the assassin with that change... lol it's time to stop playing
