Libra grind spot

    I am looking for a grind spot where i can grind for the "libra" chestplate, its dropped from mobs or found in loot chests between th lvls 87-95. Could anyone suggest a good grind spot for this?

    Just saying this now, no one is going to leak a good grind spot for something as valuable as libra rn... GL tho
