   Rat doesn't spawn when I go in with my level 106 assassin
   
   I /class and go back in... no spawn
   
   I go to another world and go back in... no spawn.
   
   I don't do LI all too often but I find myself getting Rat bugged more often than not.
   
   What do I need to do?

   there was a bug that cause many npc gone missing, perhaps the same happened to the rat
