Any Class Help Li Build?

So since a lot of builds that I want to be using require LI accessories, I'm in need of a build that can reasonably solo LI without too much difficulty

Requirements: No LI, of course, no mythics because I'm poor, hive and dungeon items are a-ok

Preferences, I guess?: I don't have class preferences, but I don't have too much experience with Assassin or Shaman, don't make it too glassy, I don't want to get poked and keel over, as for playstyle, I really don't mind just do what's most effective, and yeah that's it. Thanks in advance!

1) hit a mob few times to charge up the quake special
2) use vanish
3) shift click a mob to activate quake
4) do tons of dmg while being tanky
