Warrior/Knight LF level 64 Complete Build

I have been fine so far until now, I'm almost insta dying in current quest and need a change. My class is warrior and this is my first playthrough so any help is greatly appreciated. If wondering I just wanna do my quests and complete game after that I will explore other areas of the game.
