Lexdale Witch Trials issue

I have run into an issue with Lexdale Witch Trials. I dug myself out of the dirt, went to grab the cage for the creature, but my inv was full so it dropped and I was out of the room before I noticed. I /kill to try and move on and then had to /kill again bc I respawned in a void. I returned to Lexdale and retraced my steps but got TP'd out when fighting the Tunnel Dweller Chieftain two times in a row and cannot readvance to stage 7.
