Depends on your level. I would say most of the time, do all your quests. Once you run out of quests, grind till you get some more. Also dungeons give you a lot of XP, so you can do a bunch of those instead of grinding

The only problem about dungeon is that it is either going to involve grinding for the keys anyway or you are going to spend all your quest money on dungeon keys. This is assuming that you would use the silverfish dungeon. Of course, there are the mini dungeons. However, unless you are a mastermind and can do all that parkour and puzzles enough times within an hour of x2 xp to level up (that's roughly how long it took me with grinding before the Gavel Update) and can kill bosses very easily (according to everyone who uses mage, impossible unless you have a mage and even then it's still quite hard. You would need more than one people in this case and they would also have to be masterminds) then this is impossible. So yeah, dungeons aren't much of an option compared to grinding at the good grinding spots.

In my opinion, the best way to grind is to do the quests my friend didn't grind even once since gavel release and got to level 96 ( he got more quests ). Good luck leveling up!

In the early levels it doesn't matter that much, but in the later levels (let says 90+) quests are way quicker. Especially when quests are turned in with 2x/3x it can give a nice boost. I reached level 95 without grinding a single time. When I do now at this level at the endgame areas to farm some gear I gain like 3% every 20 minutes, not really an awesome rate. Quests can easily give like 20%. Waiting for new quests now!

    Level 91,
    No quests (100% quest book)
I think i'll begin to grind (near molten heigths, maybe. I think level 90+ 95- should go farming in the Dogovi-ish areas)
