Level 99 build for lootrunning (warrior)

    So I've been Lootrunning A lot trying to unlock the tome slot but I have a question about my setup I want to have a good upper surf build I run out of mana every 1 upper cut and it takes over 1minute to regenerate and I cannot seem to get the skill points with it to use infidel and I'm wondering if anybody has a build I can see that works as level 99? thanks.
