    I could use help in making a build either with high water damage, earth, or Thunder/glass cannon build for this level.

    Royal Stormy Amulet
    Whatever accessories you have.

    Put all skill points to intelligence and the rest of them to fill the requirements.

    For weapon you could use either rewind or droplets.
    And use tier 4+ water powders on chosen weapon.
