Buying Level 63-70 Unique, Rare Or Legendary Spears.

Hi there. I have been using the same spear since level 60 and I am now halfway through the 60s and it's gettign a little weak for me now. The only improvement I have is a pre-gavel update Black Spear for level 68 but it's really not good stat-wise. Any potential sellers comment below on your weapon's stats and name your price. the highest i'll go depends on the level of the weapon, but about 1 LE is my upper average expectation for prices. My meeting point for buying will most likely be Llevigar or Olux. If I must then Selchar and Ragni are possible too but I would prefer not to go to wynn as I have no scrolls.
