Archer/Hunter Level 100 Gale's Force Spellspam

Looking for a lvl 100 Gale's Force spellspam build with decent ehp and agility stats, no LI/untradable items or mythic armor. Also would curse or courage be better with spellspam?

 

its very hard to get good ehp with gale's without sacrificing too much dmg
