What you can do:
Reply what quest do you want to change, and how much points you will give to that quest.
You can give: 0 point 0.5 points 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, and 5 points.

it's defined by forum activity, not ingame. i'm not sure if it's based on messages, likes or both, but anyways yeah

 

There's no point, there's already like 100 threads about quest rankings and all of them follow the same boring "Canyon guides bad AHC good" format that should just die
