    currently lvl 41 mage, using panorama rn
    i've looked at the trade market but havent found anything i want.
    preferably more than 150 hp and no negative stats

    you can use Kaas' Fur. It's good for the mana regen and steal. It has 2 negative stats, but it's not that bad

    For what you've asked, I'd recommend Holy Greaves, or Rusher, depending on what type of build you've got and what damage you're dealing.
    Holy Greaves and is probably on trade market, Rusher is 12EB from Dujon island.
