Legendary Island (discussion+theorizing)

Lets talk about Legendary Island

Legendary island is an island located near the south east of the main Corkus island. The main Temple structure on the island is pretty big, taking up a good chunk of land on the island. The actual island itself is pretty big in its own. The island is just bigger than Pirate cove and just around the same size as Lake Gylia. Their appears to be a shore on the northern part of the island as well for players to enter said island

The main "Temple" on the island is around 30 blocks tall and around 40 blocks and width. The door in the front of the temple doesn't seem to lead to any actual interior. The coal blocks seem to indicate that it'll be a teleport just like most others.

My 2 theories:

1.Legendary Island is a grinding spot: Similarly to Temple of Legends, it might have all the regular facilities (Identifier, Bank, Liquid merchant). It might be more similar to Temple of legends, in where a player must complete a quest to gain admission to the island.

2.Legendary Island is the Hardcore quest of Corkus: When I say "Hardcore" I mean the tower style, "put tokens in the hopper to ascend to the next floor" style quest like Tower of ascension or Qira's Hive. When the Legendary Island gets its spot in the trailer at 38 seconds in, it does say (Hardcore challenge) in parenthesis. This would also explain the little shops on the side on the Temple, this would be where you collect your prize.

I will personally donate to wynncraft again without expecting any perks back if this is a ToL-like grinding spot, i pray and hope it is

 

It's far more likely to be the second option. A grinding spot isn't exactly a "Hardcore challenge," as advertised in the trailer. More like the complete polar opposite.

Doubt its a grinding spot. I bet there will be cool rewards like wybel though, so I am hyped for those.

I hope this is ToA v3. Who knows.. maybe it's both? After you complete the whole "tower" so to speak, it could unlock a grinding spot like ToL? Even if it's just a ToA v3, it could prove to be a good grinding spot.

On the other hand, it doesn't seem necessary to have another "tower" since Qira's 80-100. Would they raise the level cap for that? Don't think so

 

Hope it's like Qira hive, where beating a level gives you a unique reward, and I hope it's replayable.
So like a mix of Qira hive and a dungeon

 

I think a Hive/ToA is unlikely, as Corkus is 80+, the same as the Hive.

I think it would be a hoard mode kind of thing where your fight waves a mobs. There can even be a leaderboard for this. And getting nice or exclusive loot too.

Just a thought, would really like a horde mode kind of thing in the game.

 

I think its more likely do be like a dungeon boss fight, where you need to do special things to beat a boss or a boss has multiple stages. It would explain the "Hardcore Challenge" part because ToA and the Hive (Minus the final boss of the hive) are not that hard. Plus it seems like more fun than running through with a lvl 100 and slaying all the mobs till I can get the rewards.

 

Horde mode would be AMAZING :0

It might be like ToA and Hive but with puzzles instead of fighting mobs, there could be quite a few mechanical ones
