Launcher Reset?

So, I opened the .minecraft mods folder because I was debating whether I should play Pixelmon or not. I had the Wynn Expansion mod in there and decided I didn't have the effort to switch it. I didn't touch the mod at all but when I opened Minecraft the only version available was the latest and the forge version for the Wynn pack wasn't there, almost as if the launcher reset. Any way to fix 0_0.
Edit: All my servers disappeared too + My settings reset

 

Did you delete everything except the mods folder before?
