Lament Or Fatal Better For Damage?

I actually think Lament, let's discuss.

 

Thunder is better than everything else for damage
Unless it's earth melee attack speed tier abusing
but lament more like lameme amirite

someone put together a fatal build, I'll show my lament build. I think lament builds are better for damage because of spammable meteors. Maybe i should investigate a water-thunder hybrid fatal build.

 

Well you can just use mana regen armor with fatal and it'll have the same spam-ability with better damage

and it won't be a longshot, 2 mana meteors with 7/4mr and 10/4 ms can be spammed forever, 1 a second those can't. I think the overall dps would be higher on lament, let me make 2 builds.
