Lag

I wanted to trade with somebody and got some le out of my bank. then i realised i had to less le and went back to the bank and couldnt find my le. i saw the on the floor becuase the lag threw them out of my inv and when i wanted to pick them up they just vanished 30 seconds or so after they got dropped. 34 le just gone.

 

Items that you dropped do not vanish because of lag. Its the server that keeps the items on the floor, not your computer.
Refunds are not possible on this server because people can lie.

 

Unfortunately, this is pretty much unavoidable. There's no real permanent solution to lag, especially server-side or internet-wise.

All you can do is grind to get your money back, which shouldn't take too long.

 

i know but they just vanished right in front of me when i wanted to pick the up, i have no clue how this happened

Maybe someone threw their own LE into the pile and picked them up.

 

there was no one and the protection lasts longer than 30 secs i think

 

If I'm not wrong, someone who threw their LE would combine with your stack, making it theirs, there then wouldn't be any item protection.
