Lag spike issue with block changing?

Hey all! It's not a huge deal, but it's been new to me and has been affecting my gameplay a minor amount. I certainly have the specs to run Wynncraft and everything, even allocated a bit more ram to it, however I always get some small lag spikes when blocks fall or change in any abnormal way. An example could be when entering the eldritch outlook dungeon, the door falls into four blocks, which makes me lag. Any idea why this could be happening?
