Kingdom Of Sand Is Bugged For Me

Hi i am in need of help. i was doing the Kingdom of Sand quest and got to the part where you get the sceptre. after i got the sceptre i went to the swept tomb when i arrived there the server said that i should get the sceptre first when i looked in my inventory i had the sceptre but it was named Gold Bar.
here is a list of stuff i did:
-/kill
-/fixquests
-retrying parts of the quests
-switching servers(worlds) and lobbys
-taking the sceptre again
^did not work because it wasn't an item or something couldn't take it
the quest is saying to go to the tomb and talk with the NPC
