Key Guardians Aren't Spawning

I'm attempting to find Sand Swept Tomb Key Guardians for my low level friend, so he can get a better weapon from the dungeon merchant there. However, I've been searching for an hour and have found only one, in the first 5 ish minuites of searching. I have repeatedly gone to every spawn location listed on the wiki, ran outside of Almuj left to right as suggested by many players, and have wandered around the desert in general (only before the river though). I don't know if I just have horrible RNG or if there is something I need to do to get them to spawn. Please help.

 

They spawn frequently near Wynnexcavation site A and the Mummy's tomb, you should find a lot there.

 

Like I said, I have checked every spot pretty much listed online at all repeatedly. Those two spots are not an exception to this.

 

That's Weird, how long have you searched?

 

Just over an hour.
