{just An Observation} Az Vs. Thrundacrack

So to start this off, I am not complaining and what im about to say doesn't take level into consideration. I am purely going off the weapon idea since Thrundacrack is the warrior's Az. (obviously not the same, but very similar.)
So. these weapons are roulette's of damage with very low and high min - max damages respectively. What makes these weapons OPAF are the "Super fast attack speed" tag that they have. All it takes is a couple shots and some luck to get well over 10k thunder damage for a spell. With the recent nerfs, Az (lvl 74 mythic bow) has been nerfed from 1-500 (ofaf) to 1-290(poop). Right now, I am only going to compare the weapons as weapons. Level is not a factor in this. (both of these used to be endgame weapons without abusing any bug or game mechanic)

Az - 40-90 neutral 1-290 thunder.
Maxed out Yellow 6 powder(not exact, just using math to estimate): 11 - 24 neutral 40 - 386 Thunder

Since Az doesn't have nay noteworthy id's, its appeal lies in the damage roulette function.

Thrundacrack: 90 - 120 Neutral 60 - 250 Thunder
Maxed out Yellow 6 powders: 167 - 527 Thunder
Maxing at 20 dex and having insane +Water dmg are only note worthy id's this weapon has. You could add 4 Blue 6 powders to change it up, but im comparing their max possible damages.

Im not saying nerf Thrundacrack, but those values are pretty dank for a "roulette" item o.o

Thrundacrack's estimated damage with uppercut: 5132 - 20753 (assuming dex kicks in for both dmg values)
Az dmg with bomb arrow: 906 - 11657 (also assuming dex kicks in for both)

As you can see, Az has def. seen some better days.

also i do think az should be weaker that tcrack if u are comparing them since the archer has the highest range in the game
so it was op that you would spam such a powerful spell from essentially anywhere you wanted

Good point, but I really don't think that statement justifies the unbalance between the 2. Between any 2 weapons, bows usually have higher damage. also, charge.

I can also tell you with my build (Boosting thunder damage and some minor melee/spell boosts) that my damages averages at:
1200-2200 per melee hit, super fast
25,000-32,000 uppercut damage
7,000-13,000 charge damage
I'm unsure on bash and warscream damage, haven't really tested them

I'd also like to mention Thrundacrack also has % Thunder Damage as an ID, which is defiantly note worthy, although yes it's high Dex is the most important ID

Can confirm that Thrundacrack far outclasses any Az in every single way ^-^

 

Thanks for the correction! Btw, just wondering (since I haven't actually applied a thunder6 to anything yet) does it take 28% neutral from the full pool of neutral dmg or does it take 28% from the remaining neutral?
ie: 50% of 100 neutral = 50 remaining. Adding another powder w/50% neutral - element dmg, does it take 50% from 50, or 50% from 100?

 

THE REASON FOR THIS IS THAT AZ IS 22 LEVELS LOWER THAN THRUNDACRACK. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT A LEVEL 74 MYTHIC NERF.
