Which way is better for skill builds / One element over a coverage?

    What does everyone prefer to do, stick to one set element with set skillbuilds? Imo i like having the basic amount of 60 or so points into two stats but, covering other elements for making up in my weaknesses just seems much better, what do you all think is the best way to run a mage/archer/assassin or warrior? I'd love to know your thoughts too!
