So, I was told recently that using Jester Set with the Champion's Armor would give me 97% xp boost (obviously it would differ from stat to stat). However, I saw the Jester set gives a -120% xp reward. Does combining the two spell good luck or bad luck?

Depends on how good the Champion set is. If you have 210 total + and -12o% total you'd have around +90%. But I don't think Champion armour is that good. Looking at the base stats of champ you'd only get an average of 20% from them.

@jpmrocks getting a 4 set of jester with 52% xp gives 88% xp AFTER the negative set bonus. my battle armor, i sit at 175% i believe

I'm assuming this is because Set Bonuses do NOT work at the moment (unintentional), but hopefully they will be fixed in the next patch.
