Jester Set Question

If you equip one piece of the jester set, you get the xp and loot reduction. with two you get a melee bonus. with 3 you get a spell damage bonus.
My question is- If you equip two rings and a necklace, would it have the same effect as a ring, a necklace, and a bracelet?
I would appreciate it if you know for sure, or if youve tested it in game before you say "no it doesnt" or "yes it does."

It used to, but then selvut fixed it. So the second jester ring does nothing altogether, I believe.
