Jester Set Bug?

    When I equip the four pieces of the Jester set, it says on the Wiki that I should get +130% XP set bonus but I am only getting +75%. I know that it says on the Wiki that the +130% XP set bonus will not show up on tooltips though it will show up in the identifications in the compass, it doesn't.
    And can someone explain the "NEW" on the rings?

    I wouldn't trust the compass too much to be honest, so I don't know that to say about that. The new just means that Wynntils doesn't have that id listed yet.
