Jester Help

i was grinding in ToL when i realized i wasnt getting as many drops as usual. i looked at my llot bonus and saw that it was only at 19% even tho i had a 29% loot bonus Jester Bracelet on and some other stuff with loot bonus. then i lloked closer at my bracelet and saw that the set bonus was already active although i only had one Jester item on and that the set bonus was -25% lootbonus and XP. why is this??

 

The Jester Set is interesting in that each amount of Jester items you wear (one, two or three) can affect the Set Bonus, and rather differently, too.
Wearing one item gets you -25% XP Bonus and -25% Loot Bonus.
