Is it worth getting an Ivory with a bit less hpr from its max cap with max mr and agility or keep the one with max hpr? Summarizing, is Ivory's mr and agility useful?

But I'm willing to argue that in 99% of the situations the extra agility alone leads to a higher health bar than the 14 extra raw health regen and that's not even taking into account the extra mana regen, which seems alot better since 14 raw health regen is barely noticeable in endgame.
For your question, mr and agility is always useful unless you have over 19 mr and over 80.8% dodge change.
