don't bother trying to cancel the hpr so hard, just cancel most of mr, then build ms so you can cast heals

I'm pretty sure that's a Monster build, without mana steal or Warp.

 

it has always been useful and you shouldn’t try to cancel hpr, cancel -mr so you can heal back your -hpr

stop at 68 int because you can't hit any thresholds for mana reduction until 94 int

2, Dont counter -hpr, counter -mr and heal

not the best build, i could have done better, but its higher meteor dmg than any other mythic wand except for fatal. you also have mana with this build
