    The following values fit pixel-perfectly:
    bakalbashpaint.png
I'm 98% sure that these are the right IDs, though the values of course are arbitrary and based on what I think would be funny.

The only thing that didn't fit perfectly is the item rarity (Which is why I put in awesometastic). In my eyes, this means one of two things:
    1. There's a new item rarity coming (unlikely imo)
    2. It's a Mythic but IMs don't want people like me to find that out with 100% certainty
Take your pick! I personally think it's quite likely that it's a mythic, seeing as we're still due for the remaining 5 dual-ele mythics. (I even already made a prediction for an ET mythic spear!)

    Update on the teasers:
Some big brained folks and me have worked hard on trying to guess as accurately as possible some of the leaks the IMs have been posting:
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

And this is what we came up with! Keep in mind, if you see a ] square bracket, that means it's supposed to be a * star that shows up (up to 3) when an ID roll is high/very high/godly.
    bakalbashpaint.png
A few things changed from my previous post: The rarity (which is kind of irrelevant, I still don't know what rarity it's gonna be), the bash cost and the insane negative mana regen. This was found
due to a hint from @touhoku that said that there was only one * ID in the entire item.
Some things I'm fairly certain about for this item:
    - It has either huge positive Mana Regen, or huge negative mana regen
    - It has Life Steal
    - It has Walk Speed
    - It has 4-digit negative Health
    - It has big -bash cost (or big positive bash cost)
    - It gives Strength and Dexterity
    - It has triple digit Dex reqs
    - It has double digit Str reqs
    - It is a Spear that deals Neutral, Earth and Thunder Damage
    - It has slow attack speed
    - It has at least 600 DPS
    - It is level 100+
    - The rarity is either new or hidden.

Now this is the one I'm the most sure about. But IMs teased 2 more:

    terminalvelocitypaint.png
Now this item was a lot more work to figure out. It has a major ID, which is basically hopeless to decipher, and a lot less info was given for the other IDs. We had to find the order in which
IDs are sorted in vanilla Wynncraft to get any idea of what was possible.
What we do know however is the following:
    - It's another spear
    - It's got slow (or fast?) attack speed
    - It is somewhere between lvl 10-99, so not lvl 100+
    - It deals fire and thunder damage
    - It has Dex and Def reqs
    - The IDs are uncertain, but Healing Efficiency, Health, Life Steal and Mana Regen all seem likely (fire defence is a complete shot in the dark)
    - A part of the major ID is "...Deals much more knockback..."
    - It is a fabled item
The lvl 57 req is just me making sense of the life steal ID being so meager. However, the level of this spear might be a lot closer to endgame, as it seems like the DPS is around 500.

    chtinininpaint.png
This is by far the most vague one. Honestly I don't know if any of these ID guesses are correct. But the stuff I'm pretty certain about is:
    - lvl req is 100+
    - It's a piece of armor with quad digit health
    - Most likely Str/Def
    - Fire Main Attack Damage % is very likely
    - Sprint and Sprint Regen also very likely
    - It has a major ID
    - It is fabled

Yeah not too much to work with. Perhaps we'll get a hint later on

    Thanks for reading

while i do think this is a good change, its easier to get skill point weapon tomes right now than guild tomes, so i feel like all this does is make builds that rely on extra skill points be even harder to make work, instead of doing a couple of raids to get a fabled tome, something easily done with /pfinder, now you gotta join a guild and be active for a while which is no guarantee to give you a guild tome since theyre handed out by guild higher ups and not something youre guaranteed to get. depending on the size of guild it can be near impossible to get those tomes.

unless guild tome skill points are removed too (i think they should be. now that guild tomes can make or break a build with no alternative which i think is bad), taking away weapon tome skill points without an alternative feels like a strange restriction

thankfully not many builds outright require tomes, it seems that most of the time its just to meet requirements for offhand weapons or gear that isnt super important but still is more effective
so i guess its a non issue

Hey everyone! In preparation for the Rekindled World beta, we have this update's item changes. There's a lot of changes, so they've been broken them up into categories for easier navigation. Additionally, with the removal of Soul Points as a mechanic, the Soul Point Regen identification has been deprecated.

With the relative rarity of mythics decreasing drastically over the past year or so, it is harder to justify the stark power difference between mythic and non-mythic items. This slight nerf to mythics across the board aims to bring them a little more in line with the rest of the item pool in general. We don't intend for this to shake up the feeling of mythics as strong items all that much, but rather to put players who don't have or don't want to use mythics at less of a stark disadvantage to those who do. As always, more changes will be made throughout the beta as we feel are necessary.

In line with the recent tome changes removing skill points, many high skill point accessories are having their values reduced slightly. Skill point bloat is something we have wanted to address for a long time—being able to generate a lot of them outside of armor slots tends to reduce build diversity, as you can meet the requirements for three or four of the most powerful armor pieces by leveraging your accessory slots to make up the skill point difference. With that being said, please check your builds on the main server before beta ends. There have been cases in the past of skill point nerfs leading to items popping off on login, and getting deleted due to a lack of inventory space. These changes will not be pushed to the main server until the end of beta, so please use the time between now and then to avoid this situation.

On many items with damages or defenses in all five elements, we've consolidated these from five stats down into one with elemental damage and defense boosts. I've gotta say, I'm not a fan of "we're making everything harder, so have a nerf to go with that". Some of the changes were definitely necessary, especially the skill point ones, but some of these feel excessive, and I don't think that they address the fundamental issue with builds right now; rainbow slap is objectively better in most cases than almost any build that isn't extremely leaning into either damage or defense (and also only one of those is relevant in the endgame). I especially think skill points are too relevant in terms of the impact on damage: in order to have good dps, you pretty much need both dexterity and strength, and that's often substantially more impactful than damage ids.

FYI according to touhoku, the across-the-board mythic base damage nerf translates to a roughly 5% reduction in damage. Good small nerf honestly.

Awesome changes, thanks. Especially awesome that the power gap between mythics and nonmythics narrowed down :D

Hey, can we get a buff to Orinthopter or Freerunner now that sprinting doesn’t drain mana anymore? Like the original intent of the item was (I think) to give you a major boost to walk speed but to drain your mana for it, but now that sprinting just ends when the sprint bar drains Orinthopter is just really bad now. Like, the Freerunner boost lasts for half a second and the sprint cooldown is longer than the actual sprint time levels of bad.
