    From looking at the pastebin, it seems that the blanket nerf for level 70+ weapons ranges from about -5% damage at level 70, to about -30% damage at level 100.

    Lets be real though considering how harsh actual rainbow builds were nerfed morph as-is is like one of the better rainbow builds rn

    10% decrease in standards isn't hella anything and also most builds have strength or dex so this is still an overall buff unless you like WFA too much
