Is wynntils music player better than the one in game?

The in game player doesn't change a song until it is over. I cannot stand this. Is the wynntils player better? I know it plays older songs (like pigman ravines has treacherous pathways, not military march unfortunately). Is there a way to fix either of these? What do you guys use for wynncraft music?

Also I saw this thing called the fungal pack which play semi orchestrated music (villager films made it). Is that any good?
