Is Vanish Costing More Than Usual?

    Before the update vanish costed me 1 mana at 30 intelligence. After the update it costed me two, which I thought was weird but it may have been the new update + me changing stats for gear, but when I hover over intelligence it says it is supposed to cost 1 mana, and yet still it costs me two.

    No, after the update vanish really costs 2 mana without modifiers.
