Is This Mob New?

Yesterday doing the Temple of Legends quest, I found a strange blaze while farming some blaze powder.

In the right side of the image you can see a 'Nether Blaze", the blaze that has always been there and in his left, there's 'Blaze God'.
Some facts about him:
-He spawns rarely. Found yesterday for first time.
-He is burning, you can differenciate it from others by the flames.
-Lvl 34, not 31 like the normal ones.
-Drops huge amounts of blaze powder.
-Also, has more life and attack than others.

And finally, has this mob been added into Gavel, or I never saw him before?

 

This has been in Wynn since the 1.12 update, I believe... There isn't anything special about it, except speeding up the process of getting 64 Blaze Powder. :P

 

He's been in Wynn for a while now. For a god he is pretty weak
